How it is computed
The balance of the first mahadasha comes from how far the Moon had travelled through its nakshatra at birth. Years are 365.25 days. The order is Ketu 7, Venus 20, Sun 6, Moon 10, Mars 7, Rahu 18, Jupiter 16, Saturn 19, Mercury 17. A 1′ difference in the Moon moves a dasha date by up to about 9 days.

Why do other apps show slightly different dates?
Year length (365.25 vs 360 days) and ayanamsa change the dates. We use 365.25 days and Lahiri, the most common choice.
