Terms of use

Effective 2 October 2026. These terms are between you and Clipnova AI, India.

1. What KundliNova is

KundliNova computes astrological charts and offers astrology-based guidance, including answers written by AI from your computed chart. Astrology describes tendencies and timing; it does not determine outcomes. Nothing in KundliNova is a guarantee, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to use the AI astrologer or make purchases.

3. AI answers

AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are generated from your computed chart facts, and every answer shows which facts it used. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for decisions about health, law or money. You can report any answer in the app.

4. What we will not do

We do not predict death or lifespan, do not predict the sex of a baby, do not sell gemstones, yantras or rituals, and do not present any remedy as a cure.

5. Accounts and recovery code

Your guest account is tied to your device. Your recovery code is the only way to restore it elsewhere; keep it private. We cannot recover an account without it.

6. Purchases

Question packs and Plus are digital services. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown before purchase. Plus renews monthly until you cancel; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone. Ask about another person respectfully.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, KundliNova is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
