KundliPrivacy policy
Effective 2 October 2026. KundliNova is operated by Clipnova AI, India ("we").
The short version
- Your kundli is computed on your device. Birth details you enter stay on your device unless you use the AI astrologer.
- If you use the AI astrologer, we store your birth details encrypted and your questions and answers, to give you answers and keep your history.
- We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and do not use your data for advertising.
- You can download or delete everything from the app (Me → Download my data / Delete everything).
What we collect
- Birth details (name or label, date, time, place, coordinates, time zone) — on your device; on our servers only when you use the AI astrologer, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
- Questions and AI answers, ratings and reports you send about answers.
- Account data: a guest account ID, a hashed recovery code, your language and country, and — only if you buy something — your email for receipts (encrypted).
- Purchase records: product, amount, status and the payment provider's reference. We never see or store card or UPI details.
- Technical logs: IP address and request times for security and rate limiting, kept for up to 30 days.
Why we use it (purposes)
To compute and explain your chart, answer your questions, keep your history and credits, process purchases and refunds, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We rely on your consent, which you give in the app before the AI astrologer starts, and on our legitimate need to keep the service secure.
Who processes it for us
- Google (Gemini API) generates the AI answers from your computed chart facts and your question. Google processes this data to provide the service.
- Oracle Cloud (Mumbai, India) hosts our servers and database.
- Dodo Payments (merchant of record) processes web payments; Google Play processes in-app purchases.
- Cloudflare provides DNS and network security.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. Deleting your account erases your birth profiles, questions and answers immediately; purchase records are kept without your personal details as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws, you can access, correct, export and erase your data and withdraw consent. Use the app (Me), or write to support@kundlinova.com. Our grievance officer can be reached at the same address; we reply within 7 days.
Age
KundliNova is for people 18 and older. Parents may add profiles for their children; those profiles are never used for advertising or profiling.
Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for personal fields, least-privilege access, and isolated infrastructure.

We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
